Bedrooms & bathrooms
Three small, nicely decorated bedrooms with wood floors and ceilings are located off the living room. Each of them have room fans. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has a set of single bunk beds. The 3 piece bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

Amenities
The cottage is comfortably equipped. The kitchen will meet all your basic needs - equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, water cooler along with the small appliances you may need. In the comfortably furnished living room with vaulted ceiling there is good seating, new T.V. with DVD and satellite, player and a wood stove fireplace. There is a room air conditioning unit in the cottage that helps to keep it cool on hot days. In the porch with windows on 3 sides, you'll find another sitting area as well as the main dining table with seating for your whole family. Venture out onto the deck and enjoy the great propane BBQ and eat at the table/umbrella with a great view. There is a hottub located just off the deck and a flagstone patio with campfire pit. Muskoka chairs located at the campfire area as well as at the dock are perfectly situated to take in the view. A canoe is provided.

Waterfront & Swimming
The swimming and waterfront area at this cottage is wonderful. The natural sand beach that extends along the full lakefront is ideal for young children. Access to deeper water if very gradual with the water depth at the end of the floating dock only a few feet deep. (Note: Most of the waterfront photos currently showing in the photo album were taken in mid-late September when water levels are lower than their typical July/August levels.)
