Approximately 116’ of flat shoreline accessed over a large level grassy lot. The shoreline itself is stone/pebble at the waters’ edge but just beyond the waters edge becomes a firm sand bottom with a very gradual slope allowing you to walk well out into the lake. (Dock not shown in current photos).
