"The deck, dock, and sunporch were where we lived all week! Appreciated the canoe and kayak. Played pool on the 4 rainy/cool days, so that was fun. Appreciated the fully furnished kitchen as well, and the privacy!

"Nicole & Rick have a beautiful property that they share. Each year there are changes & improvements to the cottage & property that further enhance the experience and demonstrates such pride of ownership. This year was no exception, with an amazing new dock that offered opportunities for swimming, sunbathing & general beautiful location for relaxation."

"We used the family room upstairs in the evenings and the kitchen was really well equipped but perhaps the area we enjoyed the most was the lovely muskoka room. We have made no plans for next year but if we decide to rent a cottage another year, this one would certainly be on our list."

"This is our 4th time staying at cottage 470 and as always, it was fantastic. The cottage has all the amenities that you can imagine and the owners take great care to ensure that we have everything we need while we are there. We love the deck and the living room. The large TV and satellite is fantastic for the rainy days :)"

"Every year the cottage owners make improvements to the property & this year was no exception. The kitchen had been updated & also included beautiful new appliances. There was beautiful hardwood in the dining/kitchen & the stairs to the 2nd floor were beautifully done. The master bedroom had been completely remodeled & was very comfortable. What still appeals the most is the location on a small lake, with easy water access & the choice of shade or sunning on a rock. The neighbours are always pleasant & quiet."

"There was excellent swimming and fishing in the lake. There are plenty large (to 2 kg) s.m. bass to left of cottage between blue float and weeds. There are pike also. The canoe is quite seaworthy."

"We love the deck, TV room and the general facilities. You feel like you are in a home. This was our 3rd time at this cottage and we plan to book again for next year!"

"The images that were represented on the website were great images themselves. When we got there, the owners of the cottage renovated rooms also which was a great surprise and bonus for us. The cottage was really beautiful. The beautiful wooden sun-room overlooked the lake and provided us with good scenery. On top of that, a great view is also provided from sitting outside in the back yard."

"This cottage was perfect for a family with different desires - there was a beautiful area for relaxing under the trees by the water for the shade lover, & an amazing Canadian Shield rock for sitting in the sun by the water as well. The two decks offered privacy & there was always a pleasant breeze to sit and read, chat & relax. The perennial gardens were an absolute treat--every day we went out to admire & remark on the blooming of each new flower.
The pool table was not a feature we had looked for but what a wonderful surprise! We downloaded 'how to play' from the internet before we left for the cottage. It turned out to be a lot of fun for the whole family & a real drawing card for our son."
